Free shipping on orders $150 and over
Orders totalling $150 or more ship free within the continental United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — you do not need a code. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and international orders are not included in this promotion.
Free local pickup
If you are near either of our locations you can collect your order in person at no charge. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Pickup orders are normally ready within 1–2 business days. Please wait for your pickup confirmation email or text before coming to the location. Pickup is by confirmation or appointment, and is collection in person only — it is not a delivery option.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping is currently charged at a flat $59.95 for orders up to $250.
For international orders over $250, please contact us for a shipping quote before completing your order — larger orders are quoted individually so you are charged the accurate carrier rate for your destination, weight and service.
A small number of destinations are unavailable because of carrier limitations, product import restrictions, or U.S. export and sanctions requirements. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country, unless those charges are specifically collected at checkout. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping charge. Customs processing may also add delays beyond the carrier’s published transit time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Tracking your order
Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address on your order as soon as a shipping label is created. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
